The community is for senior executives from sectors catering to HNW audiences including; super yacht brokerages, luxury interior design studios, wealth management firms, fine jewellers, auctioneers, private members clubs, boutique fashion labels & more.For members, LuxConnect is their go to business development and marketing support network. How It Works

At the heart of LuxConnect are two main groups—one for high-level discussions and another for member requests—both governed by Chatham House rules for open, trusted dialogue. Beyond this, members can opt-in or -out of various sub-groups, to connect with specific sectors such as Fine Art, Private Aviation, Philanthropy, Boutique Travel and many more, allowing them to join discussions as their needs evolve.There are many scenarios members might turn to LuxConnect —whether a boutique travel agent requires recommendations for PR firms with UHNWI expertise, a yacht broker wants to share details of their client referral scheme, a wealth management firm is looking for a fine art specialist to contribute to a whitepaper, or jeweller is seeking event partners for an exclusive gathering for HNW clients. Every applicant is vetted to maintain the quality and integrity of the network. We only accept those working in genuine luxury sectors, and anyone who spams, self-promotes, or fails to uphold community values is removed—ensuring a high-trust, high-calibre environment where every connection counts.


We manually review each application to ensure the quality and exclusivity of the community. All LuxConnect members must meet the LUXE criteria:


    L – Lead at the highest level – Holds a senior role in marketing, brand, client relations, or BD, responsible for engaging HNW, VHNW, and UHNWI audiences.


    U – Ultra-luxury focus – Represents a genuine luxury brand, offering exceptional goods or services (not premium or mass-affluent).


    X – Exchange value – Commits to actively contributing insights, expertise, and connections to elevate the community.


    E – Exemplify integrity – Promises to uphold discretion, professionalism, and respect for trusted peer-to-peer collaboration.


For members, LuxConnect is a go to marketing support network for:


  • Asking for trusted recommendations/introductions (e.g., PR agencies, Publishers, Web Design Agencies, Venues, etc.).
  • Forming brand partnerships (e.g. fashion boutiques collaborating with interior design studios).
  • Finding cross-promotion opportunities (e.g., A private aviation firm creating newsletter content for a boutique travel agency).
  • Sourcing high-value client referrals (e.g., A super-yacht broker, earns a referral fee from another LuxConnect member in real-estate after introducing an UHNW client).
  • Securing event partners (e.g., A LuxConnect member who uses another member's gallery spaces, as the venue for a client event).

Currently, there are no membership fees to join LuxConnect. However, to ensure we can continue delivering a high-quality experience and maintain a network of engaged, value-driven professionals, we will be introducing fees in the future.


Membership fees will help us sustain and enhance the community, while also ensuring that members are truly committed to the value LuxConnect creates. Importantly, the fee level at which you join will remain fixed for the duration of your membership, as outlined in our [Membership Agreement].

Membership Agreement

LuxConnect Membership AgreementLast Updated: 19/02/25Welcome to LuxConnect, an exclusive community designed for luxury marketers to connect, share insights, and collaborate. By joining LuxConnect, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. Please read this agreement carefully before signing up.---1. Membership Eligibility & Acceptance
1.1. Membership is by application only. LuxConnect reserves the right to accept or decline any membership application at its discretion.
1.2. By signing up, members confirm that they are professionals in luxury marketing or a related field.
1.3. Members agree to adhere to this agreement and any community guidelines provided by LuxConnect.---2. Membership Fees & Payments
2.1. LuxConnect offers one pricing plan, which can be billed either monthly or annually. The annual plan reflects the equivalent of two months free membership.
2.2. Payments are collected via our designated payment platform. Membership is not active until payment is successfully processed.
2.3. Fees are non-refundable except as provided in Section 4 (Cancellations & Refunds).
2.4. LuxConnect reserves the right to update membership pricing for new members at any time. However, existing members will remain on the plan they originally signed up for. LuxConnect retains the right to review existing membership pricing for each member once per year.---3. Membership Benefits & Access
3.1. Members receive access to:
- The LuxConnect WhatsApp community.
- Exclusive discussions, knowledge-sharing, and networking opportunities.
- Any additional benefits specified under their membership tier.
3.2. Access to LuxConnect is personal and non-transferable. Sharing login credentials or adding unauthorized individuals to the WhatsApp group is strictly prohibited.---4. Membership Cancellation & Revocation
4.1. Members may cancel their membership at any time via the LuxConnect website or by contacting support. Cancellation prevents future billing but does not result in a refund for past payments.
4.2. LuxConnect reserves the right to revoke a member’s access without a refund if they violate this agreement or community guidelines.
4.3. If LuxConnect discontinues its services, members will be notified, and prorated refunds may be issued at LuxConnect’s discretion.---5. Privacy & Personal Data
5.1. By joining LuxConnect, members acknowledge that their phone number will be visible to other members within the WhatsApp group.
5.2. Members must not use other members’ personal data for unsolicited marketing, sales, or spam.
5.3. LuxConnect will not share member data with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
5.4. Members agree not to screenshot, forward, or distribute messages from the WhatsApp group outside of LuxConnect without explicit consent.---6. Community Conduct & Acceptable Use
6.1. Members agree to engage professionally, respectfully, and constructively within the community.
6.2. The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:
- Hate speech, harassment, discrimination, or personal attacks.
- Spam, excessive self-promotion, or unsolicited advertising.
- Sharing confidential information or violating another member’s privacy.
- Conducting illegal or unethical activities.
6.3. Members are encouraged to report any breaches of conduct to LuxConnect administrators.
6.4. Should you wish to make a complaint about another member, perhaps because of a violation of our community values and membership terms, please detail the complaint here. The community administrators will review all complaints and will take appropriate action, which can include removal from the community without refund on any membership fees.
